The path of yoga shows us how to harmonise the body, mind, and soul, evolving all aspects of our human existence. For the practice, we combine physical postures (Asana) to keep the body's range of movement and to stimulate the circulation. Breathing practices (Pranayama) to release energy blockages, internalising and concentration techniques (Pratyahara, Dharana) to calm the mind into a deep relaxation by the end.
In my sessions, I encourage you to get to know your own body, mind, and spirit and to love and trust them unconditionally. We strengthen the connection to nature and the innermost self, for they are our most genuine guides for a kind and loving life. The practice offers you space to nurture and recharge yourself.
