Anna is a modern nomad. Russian-born, German-raised, US-educated and Swiss-based, she knows the world and so the people from many angles. Constantly changing environments and cultures brought her to the longing for inner stability and peace.
Five years ago, her Yoga journey began, and she found what was missing. She completed her 200-hour teacher training with Yogavidya. Her classes are a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa style. They take the best from both worlds, incorporating flowing sequences and more static, introverting postures. Anna believes that every class should be adjusted to the current needs of her students and the environment. May it be releasing unused energy from the day or drawing the mind inward for a calm finish of the evening.
Harmony and peace on the outside can only be achieved through inner transformation. Yoga is a path that leads you closer to yourself, encouraging self-acceptance and awareness.
